Back in 2013, Marvin and his wife Christina Schneider purchased their dream property—a farm with rolling hills, ponds, a creek, grasslands and woodlands in a great location and for a great price. It was their lifelong dream to lead a ranching lifestyle where they would have the freedom to grow crops, raise livestock, go fishing and see the stars at night.
In 2022, they decided to build a new home on the property, one they designed every inch of themselves. Today, the beautiful home sits nestled perfectly under the property’s mature pecan trees overlooking the water, brought to life by their partnership with Rural 1st.
